Settings

All the Settings mentioned below as well as any other Teams Settings can be accessed by ... 


  • Clicking the Ellipse (...) in the top right corner 
  • Then Click Settings




Call Settings

To change Call settings Navigate to...


  • Settings (as you see indicated above)
  • Calls on the left hand side
  • Select a contact, group, or number you'd like to forward to




Reception All Day Settings


All Day Group is dialed for any incoming calls to our main numbers


This setup will automatically forward any missed or denied calls to the All Day Group in order
(10 seconds in between transfers)


The settings below should be ran during the day





Reception Breaks & End of Day Settings


The Settings below will immediately forward any and all calls to the Call Group skipping the 10 second delay


This setting should be used whenever the Front Desk will be unavailable for a period of time


The  settings below should be ran during a break and at the end of the day





Be sure to "Turn off" the All Day Groufrom the Reception phone or computer

Reception Desk Phone Settings


All the setting changes described above can also be made from the Reception desk phone


The process is very similar on phone


Follow the steps below to change Call Settings on the Reception desk phone





  • Tap the User icon in the top right corner
  • Tap Settings
  • Tap Calling
  • Should bring you to a screen similar to the one below





  • Scroll all the way down
  • At the very bottom you should see the same On / Off switch to enable or disable the All Day Group
