Sometimes when a folder you've created in outlook has gone missing, it may have just been moved into another folder. If you're having trouble finding it again, you can follow the steps below to search for it:
- In the search tab, search for an email that you know belongs to the missing folder and open the email.
- Double click the email in question to open a pop up window with the email. Then in this pop up window, hit Ctrl+Shift+F to open an advanced search window as seen below:
- Once you click the 'browse' button, it'll open a smaller pop up window that will show you the location of the lost folder.
- You can now navigate to the missing folder and drag it back to where you'd like.
