If you notice that your emails are being sent with 2 signatures, you can remove the old signature by following the steps below:

Method 1:
- In the top right corner click on the gear icon.
- In the search bar, search for 'signature'
- click on the 'Email Signature' option
- the following window will open:
- any old signature you my have will appear on this screen after which you can select and delete it.
- you should not leave any other signatures here as the proper company signature will be attached to the email by the email server on its own.
Method 2:
- Click on the 'New Mail' button
- click 'Insert'
- click 'signature'
- click 'signature' again, and the following widow will pop up:
- any old signature you my have will appear on this screen after which you can select and delete it.
