If you notice that your emails are being sent with 2 signatures, you can remove the old signature by following the steps below:

Method 1:


  • In the top right corner click on the gear icon.
  • In the search bar, search for 'signature'
  • click on the 'Email Signature' option
  • the following window will open:


  • any old signature you my have will appear on this screen after which you can select and delete it. 
  • you should not leave any other signatures here as the proper company signature will be attached to the email by the email server on its own.



Method 2:


  • Click on the 'New Mail' button


  • click 'Insert'
  • click 'signature'
  • click 'signature' again, and the following widow will pop up:


  • any old signature you my have will appear on this screen after which you can select and delete it. 
  • you should not leave any other signatures here as the proper company signature will be attached to the email by the email server on its own.
