What using MFA will look like to you
- When signing in to any Microsoft products using your company email, an additional screen will appear with a code that you will need to put into your Microsoft Authenticator app before you are able to sign in.
- This will only need to be done after a password change, or when signing into a new device for the first time, after which you'll have the option to 'trust the device' for 60 days, allowing you to sign in and out of the device as needed for that period without having to verify with a code.
