CREAT A TICKET BY EMAIL
You can create a ticket by sending an email to techsupport@componentcontrol.com. Please ensure IT support (itsupport@cadorath.com) and Rod (rod.kucheran@cadorath.com) are CC'd in the email. Please use the email format as seen below:
A - Write the Subject of the Incident.
B - Include your name, company name, product version and description.
CREAT A TICKET BY PHONE CALL
You can create a ticket by calling the support line +1 619-696-5400.
NOTE: Upon the technicians request, you will be required to screen share your computer. Please find below the screen sharing link, complete the form and request screen share.
Component Control Screen Sharing
The "Choose your representative name" field is the name of the technician who will be assisting you with your incident. Click on the drop down menu to select the name and click on " REQUEST SCREEN SHARE " to submit the request.
